Returns and Compensations on Quality Failed Bits and Rods.



Warranty returns:

Absolutely no product shall be accepted for analysis without the prior quality failed report written and photos taken clearly on site.

All freight costs shall be prepaid by purchaser. The purchaser can choose accept new bits or other rock drilling tools instead of refunding in cash after inspection of returned product. All returns compensations subject to inspection and final approval.

Special Orders (Customer Tailer-made Products)

Special items can be ordered from the factory with a confirming purchase order, but may be subject to minimum quantity requirements. Minimum quantity requirements are subject to fluctuation without prior notice. Special order items are not subject to return.

Cancellations

Cancellation of every order needed to be noticed by official E-mail at least 10 days earlier and the cancellation is not allowed if there is any personal or company Brand or name letters seals.

Terms of Payment and Delivery Time

Upon credit approval, international orders are Net 10-25 days after the date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Payment Ways: T.T, Western Union/ PayPal Only For Samples Orders ( PayPal Transfer will be covered by customer)
